This week our LIFEZONE weapon was HUMILITY!
HUMILITY means not thinking "I'm the most important person!"
We watched a video from Emperor's New Groove about how Pacha gave his cloak to Emperor Kuzco even though the Emperor wanted to knock down Kuzco's village
The verse we learnt this week was:
'PRIDE WILL LEAVE YOU FLAT ON YOUR FACE,
HUMILITY PREPARES YOU FOR HONOUR!'
So basically if you think you're the most important person you'll end up losing out, but if you put other people first, you'll end up with the respect!
Remember that this week and see if you can put other people first and see how people respect you!

This week we're learning about REVOLUTION!
Revolution means a total change of life and we can change our lives from something rubbish to something great when we put our faith in God and realise how amazing He is!
We watched Chicken run on Saturday! In Chicken Run the chickens have a REVOLUTION! They change their lives and escape the fences that stop them living great lives!
We have things that stop us living great lives too and REVOLUTION is the way to change them...check out the funsheet to find out more!

Think of your favourite footballers, singers, dancers and musicians... they have all had to train and work hard to become as skilled as they are!
This means they have to do things that they might not like and might be difficult sometimes!
It's worth it though!
The Bible says that "God trains us because He loves us!"
God sometimes asks us to do things that we don't want to, like Forgiving people and doing what grown ups tell us to because He wants us to be the best that we can be!

Over the past few weeks we've discovered
6 parts of the ARMOUR OF GOD!
These are all great things we can attach to and they help us be the best superheroes ever!
When we attach to God he makes us completely free!
There are loads of other things we attach to instead of God because we think they'll make us happy!
Things like games, friends, clothes, sport...it could be anything!
But these attachments are rubbish compared to God's attachments so check out the funsheet and see if you can remember all the weapons!
