We love Superheroes here at LIFEZONE, better than that, we believe that with God's Holy Spirit in us we can BE superheroes who bless the world everyday and help people live great lives!

We continued our superhero training on 'The Armour of God' with our new LIFEZONE WEAPON: HOLY SPIRIT PHONE!

When Peter Parker's SPIDERSENSES ring he jumps into action as SPIDERMAN!

When Bruce Wayne's BATPHONE rings he saves the day as BATMAN!
AND NOW...God has given US HOLY SPIRIT PHONE!

When God wants to get a message to us, he doesn't use email or text or letters...
He uses His HOLY SPIRIT!

HOLY SPIRIT is the part of us that lives inside of us and shows us which decisions to make!

You know when you get that feeling that you shouldn't do something, or maybe the feeling that you should be doing something? WELL...That's your Holy Spirit phone ringing...will you answer it and follow where it takes you like a SUPERHERO or just hang up?

THE FORCE FIELD OF FAITH!

Hey Superheroes and grown ups too!

On Saturday we found out about 'THE ARMOUR OF GOD' and our first piece of the armour was 'THE FORCE FIELD OF FAITH'.



Check out this picture! When the Invisible woman is attacked by Dr Doom she puts up her force field and nothing can get through, it saves her life and keeps her alive!

Our Force Field of Faith does the same!
When nasty thoughts and horrible lies get fired at us or fly into our heads that's when we activate our FORCE FIELD OF FAITH!

How do we do it? EASY! By believing what God says instead of what the lie says.

So if the lie says 'No-one likes you' you can put up your force field of Faith and say 'ACTUALLY, GOD LOVES ME AND HE ALWAYS WILL!'

THE CURSE BREAKER!

Hey there Superheroes and all you grown ups too!

Welcome to this week's BLOG!

We, at LIFEZONE, are here to make sure that you've got the tools you need to live life to the full and get rid of the rubbish that stops us living great lives and THINKING BIG!

Now, has anyone ever said to you
'Oh you're just like your Mum/Dad'?
Or maybe they've said
'You're going to turn out just like your brother'?

Do you ever do things that you wished you hadn't done and think
'Well I'm bound to act like this!'

We discovered in LIFEZONE on Saturday that these things can be like CURSES!

Curses are horrible things that we don't think we can change or get rid of.

But like we've learnt before, some things miht be impossible for us
but with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

We learnt that God sent Jesus to die on the cross for us
to break every curse in our lives.
So we don't have to be held back any more!
Jesus is THE CURSE BREAKER!

THE PRESENT!

Hey Superheroes!

Do you ever worry about things that might happen in the future?

Maybe you worry about things that happened in the past?

Well, our LIFEZONE weapon this week is 'THE PRESENT'.

When we get worried about the past or the future we don't receive and enjoy the great things that God has for us today!

He has great things to give us all the time!

Our LIFEZONE BRICK this week comes from a wedding that Jesus went to...They'd run out of wine to drink and so Jesus made them some more...OUT OF WATER!!! That's a miracle!

The boss of the wedding was so impressed that he said to Jesus 'You have saved the best till NOW!'

That's how Jesus works: He always saves the best till NOW! So stop worrying about the past or the future, thank God for all the great things you have in your life right now!

REAL EYES!

Hey Superheroes!

Welcome to this week's BLOG!

This week we discovered that there are 2 ways of seeing things:
With our NORMAL eyes or with our REAL eyes!
We learnt that our NORMAL eyes are the ones in our head that we see things with.
The problem with these eyes is that we can't always trust them...Don't believe me??
Check out these optical illusions!

With your eyes follow the pink dots as they go round. Now...look straight at the cross in the middle...what colour do the dots change to? GREEN!! But I thought they were pink!!!


What about this one...Does it look like it's moving to you?
It's not moving at all! But our NORMAL eyes make it look it is!



Using our REAL EYES means that we look at situations the way God does...because He sees things differently!
